چکیده
Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by infection with the dengue virus. It controlled using repellents that protect humans from mosquito bites. One of used community includes DEET chemicals but natural against mosquitoes such as zodia plant are also needed. Zodia leaves (Evodia suaveolens Scheff) contain linalool and -pinene compounds well evodiamine rutacarpine. Linalool functions disrupting nervous system in thereby causing convulsion death. Therefore, this study aims to formulate evaluate oil test its effectiveness repellent (Aedes aegypti L) repelling power method. The formulations were prepared various concentrations 25 %, 50 75 %. Based on results, protective Formula I (25 %) for 0, 1st, 2nd, 3rd hours, respectively, was 100%, 100 89.28 92.85 Furthermore, II (50 % concentration) showed 90.90 91.66 while third (75 protection 96.15% 93.33%. it concluded three formulas effective Aedes L mosquitoes.

متن کاملNeuropeptidomics of the mosquito Aedes aegypti.
Neuropeptidomic data were collected on the mosquito Ae. aegypti, which is considered the most tractable mosquito species for physiological and endocrine studies. The data were solely obtained by direct mass spectrometric profiling, including tandem fragmentation, of selected tissues from single specimens, which yielded a largely complete accounting of the putative bioactive neuropeptides; trunc...

Free flight of the mosquito Aedes aegypti
1 Summary High speed video observations of free flying male Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, the dengue and yellow fever vector, along with custom measurement methods, enable measurement of wingbeat frequency, body position and body orientation of mosquitoes during flight. We find these mosquitoes flap their wings at approximately 850 Hz. We also generate body yaw, body pitch and wing deviation measur...
